There are several government organizations that protect people from such discriminating act. In case a person feels rejected by an employer due to their physical condition or mental disability, they can contact such organizations for further guidance and help. No employer can discriminate a prospective or already employee of a company based on race and other things mentioned above. If the employee has the credibility for a certain job, then they should also have the right to equal opportunity.

Having equal opportunity irrespective of their origin and physical condition is a constitutional and birth right. There are several reasons why employees get discriminated in professional organizations. The employer may have biased opinions and might be a prejudice. Even of the organization practices non discriminating procedures some employees in managerial positions may be racists and biased. That is one of the most common reasons why we find discrimination at the place of work. Some people may just not like blacks or people belonging to a certain country or nationality. This might cloud their mind and they do not follow the values of even their own employer. These kinds of problems extend when it comes to promoting people also. The manager may end up promoting their own favorite people and not the deserving because of discrimination.
