Financial security is the most important thing for any family and their well being in all aspects. When people lose jobs, they also lose their financial security. In 2008 and 2009, America touched an all time high for unemployment, which was over 10 percent. From the richest of people to the poorest of people, everyone happened to suffer due to unemployment. The type of unemployment that depends on the economic cycle of the country is called cyclical unemployment. When the economy is down, this type of unemployment goes up.
There are three types of unemployment, the seasonal kinds, the frictional and the cyclical. In all countries and in different economies, some or the type of unemployment will be present. A flourishing economy should be able to provide jobs for all those who are looking for some type of work. In a bad economy, when there are too many debts and when simple commodities are expensive, there will be unemployment. In fact, unemployment will only fuel these conditions more. Unemployment that is caused by economic failure is very difficult to do away with in a short period of time. Also, economy can be brought back to normalcy when people spend money.
