Why do people become homosexuals is an extremely complicated question to answer. Several of the answers lie within the purview of the individual’s childhood and upbringing. Child abuse and social violence could be one of the reasons for homosexuality. Also, it has to do with trust issues.
From a medical point of view, doctors believe that even if a child has had perfect upbringing, there are still chances of them becoming a homosexual is the domination of female or male hormones in the body that could cause homosexuality. Being homosexual is not an idea that cropped up in the 20th century alone. Throughout historic times in depictions and paintings right from the times of Alexander the Great or in several other cultures, a gay lifestyle has been depicted. Even kings and emperors have had same sex partners. So, it is highly possible that man or woman can actually have sex with their own kind.
Today, same sex marriages and relationships are gaining recognition as a subject because the trend of legalizing gay marriages has become rampant, and more states in the country are legalizing it.
