The need for vaccination and immunization has been imposed by USCIS under Section 341 of Immigration Responsibility Act 1996. These following requirements are very important to make sure you get the permit. This is important if the application for immigration has been applied after 30 September 1996. This does not prove essential for temporary visas and refugees.
The vaccination and immunization needs to be done for Polio, Measles, Chickenpox, Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Rotavirus, Zoster-Shingles, Meningococcal Meningitis, and Human Papillomavirus.
