A strategic plan is nothing but decisions and actions that show what an organization does, why it does it and how it envisages itself few years down the line because its actions. So you end up with goals and objectives along with a time limit to achieve your goals and objectives.

Now all that needs to be done is adopt the strategic plan and this will be done only during a board meeting.
